Serious injuries reported in Lake Koshkonong boat collision

MILTON, Wis. (WTVO) — First responders rushed a victim to the hospital after two boats collided on Lake Koshkonong.

Deputies and firefighters were called to the 11000 block of North Charley Bluff Road and found that a pontoon boat, carrying six passengers, had crashed into a jon boat with three passengers inside.

One pontoon boat passenger sustained minor injuries, while one of the jon boat passengers had serious injuries.

The severely injured victim was taken to a local hospital soon after officials arrived.

This situation is an ongoing investigation.
