FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – A new cocktail lounge is coming to Downtown Fresno, introducing a “unique” concept – coffee and cocktails.
Neat & Noir is the new addition to Downtown Fresno. Its owner, Eric Santos, describes it as a “modern and unique cocktail lounge.” The lounge will have an “expansive traditional cocktail menu” with something different – a portion of the menu will be dedicated to coffee-based cocktails and mocktails.
The lounge is opening on Friday, from 5 p.m. until midnight. After that, the lounge will be open Saturday from 2 p.m. until midnight and Sunday from noon until 8 p.m.
The owner said the lounge logo, which is in black and white, represents the two sides of Neat & Noir; the neat represents traditional cocktails (like Whiskey Neat), and the Noir (French for black or dark) represents the coffee portion of the cocktails.
The different colors also represent the ambience; the neat represents “the lively and bright atmosphere” of the lounge during the day, and the “noir” represents “the more lounge and dark like atmosphere our spaces provide at night.”
The lounge will be located at 1755 Broadway St, #106 in Fresno.
