Town of Delcambre under boil-water advisory

DELCAMBRE, La. (KLFY) — Residents and businesses in the Town of Delcambre are being told to boil their drinking water until further notice.

The town issued a boil advisory today for unspecified problems with the water supply.

“Because of these problems, the water produced by our water supply system is of questionable microbiological quality,” the advisory read.

The advisory is in effect until samples are tested safe by the Louisiana Department of Health Hospitals Office of Public Health.
