Richmond police seek missing at-risk woman who went out for walk

(KRON) — The Richmond Police Department is asking for the public’s help in finding an at-risk woman who was last spotted on Tuesday afternoon.

Deborah Hill left her home at 3:30 pm. to go on a walk and was last seen in the area of Greenridge Drive and San Pablo Dam Road, said RPD.

At the time of her disappearance, Hill was wearing a long-sleeve sweater with a short-sleeve green sweater layered over it, black yoga pants and blue shoes. Police say her hair was braided in the same style as pictured below.
