LONG POND, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — It’s almost time for race weekend at the Tricky Triangle in Long Pond, and all the wet and rainy weather this week isn’t dampening the spirit of NASCAR fans.
Many infield campers started showing up this morning to set up their spots at Pocono Raceway for the weekend.
While there are wet spots in the infield, fans say they’re prepared for any possible raindrops and hot temps during Sunday’s big race.
