Police search for vehicles in involved in illegal meetups in Plymouth Meeting

(WPHL) — Police in Plymouth Meeting are searching for vehicles involved in an illegal car meetup over the weekend.

According to reports, 50 to 100 people stopped traffic and drove around doing donuts on the intersection of Ridge Pike, Chemical Road, and North Lane.

The takeover occurred around 8 p.m. on June 15.

When police arrived, the cars involved fled the area.
