One killed in shooting near Canton Mart in Jackson
JACKSON, Miss. (WJTV) – Jackson police said a suspect has been arrested in connection to a fatal shooting.
The incident occurred near Canton Mart and Interstate 55 Frontage Road just before 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 17.
Detective Tommie Brown, with the Jackson Police Department (JPD), said the unidentified victim was found deceased at the scene. The suspect has not been identified.
