ST. TAMMANY PARISH, La. (WGNO) — Three people have been arrested following a fentanyl sales investigation in St. Tammany Parish which culminated in a drug bust.
According to the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, 35-year-old William Perry, of Slidell, was out on bond for drug charges from back in October of 2024 when detectives began investigating him again, believing that he was allegedly selling drugs, specifically, fentanyl.
Then, on June 9, the investigation came to a head when detectives searched homes in the 300 block of Brookhaven Court, in Slidell, and the 73000 block of Hook Street, in Abita Springs.
Over the course of the investigation, STPSO detectives say they seized over 250 grams of fentanyl pills and powder, 110 grams of marijuana, cocaine, illegally possessed lorazepam, a “Draco” AK-style rifle and $822.
Perry was arrested along with two other individuals who law enforcement officials say they believe were accomplices. The three were booked into the St. Tammany Parish Correctional Center on the following charges.
