Six displaced after car crashes into home in Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — Six people have been displaced after a car crashed into a house on Tuesday, June 17.

The Baton Rouge Fire Department arrived to the 1400 block of North Acadian Thruway East and found that an SUV had driven into a home.

The call came in a little after 8:45 a.m.

BRFD said minor injuries were reported. According to EMS, no one was taken to the hospital in connection with the incident.

The fire department stated that the Red Cross was contacted to assist the six people who were displaced due to the crash.

The Baton Rouge Police Department also responded to the scene.
