(BCN) — San Francisco police on Monday released a sketch of a man found dead last month in Golden Gate Park in the hopes that someone can help identify him.
The man was found unresponsive on May 12 in a public bathroom in Golden Gate Park near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive and 19th Avenue. Emergency responders declared him dead at the scene.
The cause of his death is pending.
He is described as white, possibly Hispanic, about 30 years old with brown hair and brown eyes. He was 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing 157 pounds. The man had multiple tattoos, including a cross on his right cheekbone.
The San Francisco Medical Examiner’s Office has been unable to identify him using other investigatory methods. A Police Department sketch artist rendered a drawing of the man in hopes it could help identify him.
Anyone with information about the man’s identity should contact the medical examiner’s investigative division at 415-641-2220 or email ocme.inv@sfgov.org or ocme@sfgov.org and reference OCME case number 2025-0673.
