Dwindling enrollment leaves about 150 Chicago schools half-empty

CHICAGO (WGN) — Dwindling enrollment has left about 150 Chicago schools half-empty, while 47 operate at less than one-third capacity, leading to high costs and limited course offerings, a joint report from Chalkbeat Chicago and ProPublica reveal.
