BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A Baton Rouge man pleaded guilty to two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles on Monday.
According to court records, Devin Triche, 39, withdrew his not guilty plea and pleaded guilty in court.
In July 2024, Triche was arrested by the East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Office after being accused of downloading and possessing 50 files of child sexual abuse material. Detectives also found at least two videos of bestiality.
Triche was initially charged with 100 counts of pornography involving juveniles and two counts of sexual abuse of an animal.
As part of his guilty plea, Triche was ordered to serve two years in jail and five years’ probation. He is also required to register as a sex offender.
