Loaded Glock, open Brandy bottle found in Benicia traffic stop

(KRON) – An open bottle of Brandy and a loaded pistol were found in a traffic stop last week, according to the Benicia Police Department.  

At 1:04 a.m. Tuesday, Benicia police officers pulled over a 2007 Acura. Police said the driver consented to officers searching the sedan. 

An open bottle of Paul Masson Brandy and a loaded Glock 27 with an extended magazine were found in the car. 

Benicia PD said the passenger was arrested and booked into the Solano County Jail. The driver was released from the scene.

According to Benicia police, the investigation is ongoing.
