The first annual ArkanFest, a free concert festival weekend, kicks off Thursday in Mountain Home with headlining acts every day through Saturday.
The gates will open at 6 Thursday night at Hickory Park. Opening the show at 7 will be Alyssa Flaherty, an up and coming artist known for her debut single “Under the Influence” and her rendition of “Amazing Grace” in Kevin Costner’s series, Horizon: An American Saga.
Afterwards, Lanie Gardner will take the stage at 8:15. Gardner, known for her distinctive blend of classic rock and country influences, has reached many significant milestones, including being named by the Recording Academy and Amazon Music as a 2025 Artist to Watch and to CMT’s Next Women of Country: Class of 2025.
ArkanFest will continue Friday with Joe Nichols, Brooke Lee and Hunter Clark taking the Farmers and Merchants outdoor stage.
