Peaceful anti-ICE protesters turned the streets outside Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis into a dance party on June 11, 2025, during Game 3 of the NBA Finals between the Indiana Pacers and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Demonstrators rallied against recent ICE immigration raids, using music, signs, and movement to send their message. The protest remained nonviolent, with a visible police presence monitoring the scene. The event highlighted growing public opposition to immigration enforcement tactics during one of the city’s biggest sports moments. This is the first time the Pacers have been in the NBA finals.
