(WPHL) — Three people are dead and five others are injured after a row home fire in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion section.
According to officials, the fire broke out just before 5 a.m. on the 2500 block of North Corlies Street.
Officials tell PHL17 two children, ages 2 and 5 years old, died in the fire.
A 40-year-old woman is in critical condition after she reportedly jumped out of the 2nd-story window of her home with a child in her arms. The child is in stable condition, while the woman was rushed to Temple Hospital with critical injuries.
At least five others are being treated for burn injuries.
