Too much support for Pacers and Fever results in team store scaling back

INDIANAPOLIS – With the Pacers leading the Oklahoma City Thunder in the NBA Finals, and with Caitlin Clark and the Fever buzzing this season, there is a lot of attention on Indianapolis.

So much attention, in fact, that the Pacers’ team site is falling behind on orders due to frantic fan demand. A banner on the website lets shoppers know that the store is temporarily scaling back on products to make sure they can complete their current orders.

“We know waiting isn’t fun, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work hard to get your gear into your hands,” the Pacers Team Store said.

This is the biggest season in 25 years for the Pacers. Their fans want to support them as much as possible, and the store is focused on getting back to full selection so that hopefully soon fans of the Pacers will be able to fully rep the blue and gold as the team heads into game four of the NBA Finals Friday at 8:30 p.m.
