Costner owned and practiced at Costner Care Family Clinic in Plains, Montana for the last 4 years. He received his Master of Science in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee, and earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing.
