According to police, patrol officers responded to the 500 block of Gender Road for a report of a possible kidnapping. The man who reported the kidnapping said his 3-year-old daughter was abducted at gunpoint by an unknown man.
Police describe the suspect as a bald white man in his mid-40s with peach fuzz. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray basketball shorts, and armed with a handgun. The suspect got into an older black or dark-colored Ford or Chevrolet SUV with rust or dirt on the exterior. Police say an unknown white woman was driving the vehicle. The license plate of the vehicle is unknown.
Nola Dinkins is described by police as approximately 3 feet tall, 25 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black leggings, and white shoes. Police note her hair was styled in a bun.
Detectives are currently canvassing the area.
Anyone with information is urged to call 9-1-1 immediately if the vehicle is spotted.
