Abilene woman accused of having sex with, sending explicit images to teenage boy

ABILENE, Texas (KTAB/KRBC) – An Abilene woman accused of having sex with and sending explicit images to a teenage boy has been arrested.

Shelby Tindall was taken into custody last week for Sexual Assault of a Child in connection to the allegations.

Court documents say the mother of a 15-year-old boy contacted police in May after finding explicit images of Tindall on her son’s phone.

During the investigation, the documents reveal detectives found more explicit images of Tindall on the boy’s phone, and the boy admitted to getting them directly from her and also admitted to communicating with Tindall using a secret phone she provided him.

This boy also admitted to having sexual contact with Tindall more than once, according to the documents.

Detectives also interviewed former colleagues of Tindall, and the documents state they observed Tindall and the boy kissing in the parking lot of Tindall’s work more than once and one of the colleagues had video of them kissing.

The documents state another colleague claimed Tindall said she was “about to go to jail” for sending the boy sexually explicit videos.

Tindall now remains held in the Taylor County Jail on a $100,000 bond. No further information is available at this time.
