(KRON) — A beautiful San Francisco home known for its equally stunning Christmas decorations recently listed for $3.4 million.

The house at 68 Castro Street, which has drawn Christmastime crowds for the last 25 years, was put on the market at the end of May. The current owners, Geoffrey and Sergio Swenson, are moving after retiring from owning and operating multiple restaurants in the Bay Area, the couple told KRON4.

The annual decorations were inspired by the Tom and Jerry’s House in San Francisco’s Noe Valley, they said. The lights, ornaments and figurines were all sold earlier this year but didn’t go far, the couple said.

“The owners of the famous ‘Story Book House’ on Buena Vista Park bought them,” the Swensons said.

The 2,744-square-foot house at 68 Castro Street has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

“This classic home, meticulously renovated over time, has three levels of light-filled living and entertaining space,” the Zillow listing reads.

The house is on the market for the first time in 30 years.

“[The] facade is a true showcase of craftsmanship and elegance featuring intricate architectural details brought to life with exquisite gold leaf and a refined color palette,” the listing reads. “Spectacular property.”
