Laurel County Public Affairs Deputy Gilbert Acciardo said the investigation dates back to 2024 in Laurel County, and on June 5, deputies were able to execute a search warrant at Chester Glenn Couch’s Typo Road home.
Authorities said they recovered approximately 2,247 prescription pills, 12 guns, suspected methamphetamine, and a large amount of cash.
According to a Monday news release, 68-year-old Chester Glenn Couch was arrested in connection with the undercover investigation. He was booked in the Kentucky River Regional Jail on the following charges:
