2-vehicle crash in SF Mission District critically injures motorcyclist

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) — One person is critically injured after a Saturday night collision involving a vehicle and motorcycle in San Francisco’s Mission District, said police.

The San Francisco Police Department said its officers responded to the 900 block of Valencia Street at 8:57 p.m. to investigate the report of a crash.

SFPD said the motorcyclist was suffering on the ground from life-threatening injuries and was taken to a local hospital.

The cause of the crash is not yet known, and this remains an active case.
