PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) – Two alleged drug dealers have been arrested after authorities found drugs, body armor and a gun inside an apartment while serving a search warrant, the Portland Police Bureau announced Saturday.

Around 9:30 a.m. May 30, the Portland Police Bureau’s Narcotics and Organized Crime Unit served a search warrant at an apartment along Southwest 12th

Avenue, authorities said.

Police said they had information there was at least one gun inside the apartment, leading PPB’s Special Emergency Reaction Team and Crisis Negotiation Team to respond — with SERT breaching the door to the apartment after ordering the residents to get out.

Officials said two men inside the apartment were arrested after authorities found a revolver, body armor and about 85 grams of methamphetamine.
