ZLINE Lauded for Exceptional Service

Wins appliance honors at Last Mile awards program

BrandSource LUXE partner ZLINE received a prestigious “Best Customer Service Experience Award” within the appliance category at last month’s 2025 Last Mile Retail Awards program in Nashville. 

The inaugural award series was presented at the annual Home Delivery World trade show in partnership with RETHINK Retail, a clearinghouse for retail-related insights by leading industry executives.  

According to the Last Mile awards team, ZLINE received the accolade for its “commitment to exceptional service, seamless support and outstanding post-purchase experiences. From personalized assistance and product education to responsive warranty support and industry partnerships, ZLINE continues to set the bar for customer excellence.” 

Winners’ Circle

The kitchen appliance vendor, known for its value proposition of “attainable luxury,” was one of 19 companies honored at the event, including Best Buy, Lowe’s, Macy’s and Sam’s Club, that were recognized for excellence in last-mile delivery, customer experience and supply chain innovation. 

Founded in 2007 by President Andrew Zuro, family-owned ZLINE is based in Reno, Nev., with additional locations in Tennessee and Ohio to ensure swift delivery of cross-country shipments. 

“Winning this award … affirms what we set out to do every day: provide a customer experience that’s as exceptional as the appliances we create,” said Director of Regional Distribution Josh Crossno, who oversees logistics and delivery operations at ZLINE’s expansive Tennessee-based warehouse network. “We’re proud to be recognized among industry leaders for prioritizing our customers from the first point of sale to final-mile delivery.” 

Added Director of Logistics Derek Wilcox, “We’ve invested heavily in our logistics infrastructure because we know how much final-mile service matters for every customer. Whether we’re delivering for a family’s first home, dream kitchen remodel or a multi-unit building development, we strive to reduce shipping times while consistently elevating our levels of service.”
