MH City Council to discuss utility easement at Big Creek Estates in Thursday meeting

The Mountain Home City Council will meet in regular session Thursday evening at 5 in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building.

The agenda includes a second reading of an ordinance to change an area zoned as Residential R-1 to Residential R-4 and another ordinance which will vacate a utility easement located on part of Lots 54 and 56 of Big Creek Estates, Phase 1B within the city limits.

The Council will also hear a request to open a new checking account for water/sewer grant funds, debate accepting the Water/Sewer Department’s 2024 audit and have discussion on canceling the June 19 meeting due to the Juneteenth Holiday and the Municipal League Conference in Little Rock.
