Chicago police say 15-year-old Gersimar Sanchez Quintana has been missing since Thursday, May 29.
The missing teen girl was last spotted near the 7000 block of South Parnell Avenue, in Englewood, on the city’s South Side.
Officers say Sanchez Quintana, who stands 5 feet tall and weighs around 150 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair.
According to police, the teen was last seen wearing blue shorts, though it is unclear what kind of shirt she was wearing at the time of her disappearance.
Authorities shared details about the missing teen’s disappearance in a news release sent out on Wednesday.
