The warrants were served at the home, located in the 200 block of West Broadway in Shelbyville. Two sources have confirmed with FOX59/CBS4 that the warrants stemmed from a child pornography investigation.
According to David Finkel’s LinkedIn page, Finkel is also listed as the owner at 251 Consulting.
This comes after the Strand Theatre resumed operations in early May after an initial announcement that the venue would close because of issues with insurance coverage.
According to previous reports, the theatre has been located along South Harrison Street in Shelbyville for more than 100 years.

Clarification: This story previously included information on city boards and commissions that Finkel listed on his LinkedIn page. Officials with the city of Shelbyville told FOX59/CBS4 that Finkel no longer holds any board positions.
