Garbage truck ahead of schedule to be removed from Carrollton on-ramp
NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Work to remove a damaged garbage truck from the Carrollton on-ramp is ahead of schedule.
According to the Louisiana Department of Transportation, bridge engineers expect to reopen the Carrollton Avenue on-ramp to westbound I-10 once the truck is removed, and bridge inspections are complete.
The DOTD said bridge engineers estimate the ramp reopening at 3 p.m., Friday, June 6.
