According to the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), the closures will take place on the northbound lanes of I-55 at the State Route 463 interchange.

The closures will take place in 30-minute intervals between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., beginning Monday, June 16 through Friday, June 20. Crews will hang beams for the new Reunion Parkway bridge over I-55 northbound during the closure intervals.

During the closure intervals, MDOT officials said drivers should slow down, anticipate a stop in traffic and if necessary, seek an alternate route. Warning signs will be in place leading up to the work to alert drivers of the temporary closures.
