On May 27, Nelson County EMS said England, a full-time critical care paramedic, was involved in a “serious” crash and was airlifted to a Level I trauma center in Nashville.
On Tuesday, Nelson County EMS said England’s legacy of service will be remembered.
Wesley wore many hats throughout his remarkable career—serving as a dedicated critical care paramedic, firefighter, and police officer. His unwavering commitment to the emergency services touched countless lives across our communities and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

According to the Supporting Heroes website, England is survived by his children, ages 9 and 18, his brother, and his parents.
