IMPD: Woman found dead at west side hotel pool

INDIANAPOLIS — A woman has been pronounced dead after she was reportedly found at a hotel pool on the west side of Indianapolis.

At around 12:11 a.m. on Sunday, officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called to the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in the 4600 block of Fortune Circle West on a call of a death investigation.

When officers arrived, they reportedly found a woman at the pool who was pronounced dead on arrival. The woman was identified by the Marion County Coroner’s Office on Monday as 24-year-old Che’mari Thomas.
