The operator of the Ram truck was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital – Hazleton with suspected serious injuries.
Route 309 between East Main Street and Lofty Road were closed until around 10:30 p.m. Saturday night, PennDOT said.
Troopers are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to call Pennsylvania State Police at 570-874-5300.
