IMPD searching for missing 90-year-old man

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a missing 90-year-old man.

IMPD is searching for Thomas Genung, who is described as 6-foot-3, 200 pounds, with gray hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen on Saturday in the 1200 block of West 96th Street. Thomas was known to be wearing a black jacket with white lettering, a white shirt, beige pant, and tan khaki pants.

Police are encouraging those with information on Thomas’ whereabouts to call 911, contact the contact the IMPD Missing Persons Unit at (317) 327-6160 or reach out to Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana at (317) 262-TIPS.
