Firefighters were called to the Mount Carmel Senior Living Community around 1 a.m. early Saturday morning for a report of a fire.
Crews at the scene said the fire was small in nature and contained to one room of the complex.
Initially, a second alarm was struck for manpower and additional medical units were called as well.
No residents were displaced and no one was injured.
Firefighters from Northumberland and Columbia counties responded. Schuylkill County crews were cancelled en-route.
