Mark Russum, 76, is reported to be bald with white hair, brown eyes, and a full white beard. He has faded tattoos on his chest, shoulders, and back.
He was last seen at 1905 W 1600 N in St. George at around 6:30 on Wednesday May 28.
Officials said he has a history of high blood pressure and takes a medication for it. He also should be on oxygen when he is sleeping.
He is believed to be on foot, and police reported that he has a history of giving the name Mark Russell.
