Full throttle and full swing ahead at NOLA Motorsports Park. Its new spot, Throttle & Swing is set in motion.
They’ve added on to their go-kart racing track with a new 18-hole miniature golf course and arcade. They will also have a bar and restaurant which serves pizza.
“We knew we had a facility with a lot of draw with the go-kart racing, but we needed to make something bigger and better,” said Davide Pace, CEO of NOLA Motorsports Park and Throttle & Swing.
“This mini-golf course has a new fad going on where they are getting away from the animation and windmills, and things like that,” Pace said. “With this new mini-golf course we are making it look like a real golf course.”
Pace said at their new mini-golf course you can play all day for $20.
“We have probably the longest, most challenging holes here,” Pace said.
Another nice feature of the mini-golf course is they have drink holders at the beginning and ending of each hole.
“I think the best part is having the outside go-kart racing gives you the sound, the exhilaration, and the speed,” Pace said.
The race track has different track configurations and on Wednesdays they change the track to offer a different experience.
“Throttle & Swing” is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday through Sunday.
