All dog adoptions, with the exception of puppies and small dogs, will be just $1 at the shelter located at 125 County House Road in Blackwood, New Jersey. The special will run until Sunday, June 1.
“Homeward Bound is currently taking in more dogs than usual and space is filling up fast,” said Camden County Commissioner Jeffrey Nash, liaison to the animal shelter. “We are in need of adopters so please, if you can, consider opening your heart and your home to a new dog.”
The adoption center is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday through Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
