Boil order for Lakeview-Midway Public Water Authority issued

A boil order has been issued for the Lakeview-Midway Public Water Authority in Baxter County which affects customers on Linwood Lane, Grand Oak Road, Grand Oak Trail and Grand Oak Place.





The boil order was issued Wednesday as a precautionary measure due to possible contamination as a result of a main break.

All affected customers are advised the water may be unsafe for human consumption, and water used for drinking or food preparation must be boiled briskly for one minute prior to use. All ice cubes should be discarded and only boiled water used for making ice.
