(KRON) — An RV fire in San Jose Tuesday morning left one person dead, according to the San Jose Fire Department. Firefighters responded to the fire on the 400 block of Kiely Boulevard around 10:32 a.m.
The fire, according to SJFD, spread to nearby trees and threatened a commercial structure. Firefighters were able to prevent it from spreading to the structure.
The fire was brought under control at 11:03 a.m. Firefighters confirmed one civilian fatality a short time later.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
