IMPD: 1 person shot on near south side of Indianapolis
INDIANAPOLIS — One person is awake and breathing after a reported shooting on the near south side of Indianapolis.
According to officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a report of a person shot at around 7:59 p.m. on Monday near the intersection of Shelby Street and E. Raymond Street.
IMPD said that they located a person with “injuries consistent with a gunshot wound(s).” The person was reported to be awake and breathing.
