Watters, 6 feet 5 inches tall and weighing approximately 135 pounds, is wanted on a bench warrant for Forgery in the Second Degree and Theft of Property. A $2,500 cash-only bond has been set for these charges.
He also faces charges for Failure to Appear on a prior Failure to Appear and Contempt of Court for non-payment of fines. Bond for those charges is set at $460 cash or professional.
Watters, who may also go by the alias Colton Evan Watter, has black hair, brown eyes, and was last known to reside at 212 Cemetery Road in Harrison.
