Kentucky Fish and Wildlife posted on Facebook that around 5 a.m., game wardens were dispatched in response to a report of a bear inside a residence in Bell County.

“Upon arrival, the bear was located sitting on the stove in the kitchen,” officials wrote.
Authorities said that the bear had climbed a ladder outside the residence and squeezed through an opening in the attic, crashing through the ceiling and onto the kitchen stove.
With the help of the Bell County Sheriff’s Department, fish and wildlife game wardens were reportedly able to run the bear out of the house through the front door.
