BELL COUNTY, Ky. (FOX 56) — You may have been told the tale of Goldilocks trespassing into the home of three bears, but things went the other way around for a Kentucky household on the morning of May 21, when a bear plummeted into a Bell County kitchen.

Kentucky Fish and Wildlife posted on Facebook that around 5 a.m., game wardens were dispatched in response to a report of a bear inside a residence in Bell County.

“Upon arrival, the bear was located sitting on the stove in the kitchen,” officials wrote.

With the help of the Bell County Sheriff’s Department, fish and wildlife game wardens were reportedly able to run the bear out of the house through the front door.
