SWAN VALLEY – Authorities are investigating a two-vehicle crash in Swan Valley Saturday afternoon.
It happened just after 2:30 p.m. at Snake River Lane and Swan Valley Highway (U.S. Highway 26) west of the Palisades Dam, according to a news release from the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office. It involves a semi-truck and trailer and an SUV.
Emergency responders are en route, as of 3:15 p.m, so not much information is available. But officials are calling it a “significant crash.”
“Traffic may be stopped and/or delayed for the next couple hours at least,” the news release says.
Avoid the area or find an alternate route if you were planning to travel through there.
