Fire breaks out at San Rafael airport, crews responding
(KRON) — A fire broke out at an airport Thursday afternoon, according to the San Rafael Fire Department (SRFD). Crews are responding to a fire at Smith Ranch Airport that broke out at around 2 p.m., according to SRFD’s post on X.
SRFD reports this is a “commercial structure fire.” The department posted a photo of the scene (see below). The airport is located at 400 Smith Ranch Road.
