The agenda includes a presentation by Justin Anthony, Hubbs and Whitehead, CPA on Single Federal Audit for 2024 expenditures for USDA Sewer Project Funds and ARPA Booster Pump Project Funds. Two resolutions will also be discussed, one to apply for a 100% grant for Big Spring Park improvements from Arkansas Outdoor Recreation Great Strides/Trails for Life Grant Programs administered by the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism and the other a budget resolution to make STorm Water Line Repair in front of NAYC and Street Concrete Patching at Waterline Repairs.
The Saturday Club of Cotter will be recognized for their donation of $5,140 to Walnut Hill Cemetery. Announcements will be made for the completion of the Booster Pump Project and the Phase II Sewer Rehabilitation Project with new Lift Stations located at Denton Ferry Road now in operation. The Phase II B Sewer Rehabilitation Project for Ryan Road/Rainbow Heights is pending USDA approval with a start date scheduled for July.
