FEMA officials to arrive in Pulaski County

SOMERSET, Ky. (FOX 56) — Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) officials will be on the ground Thursday in Pulaski County.

The county’s judge executive office said FEMA officials will be in the area recording and reporting storm damage from Friday’s deadly tornadoes.

LATEST KENTUCKY NEWS:

Officials said all FEMA employees will have proper identification. The documentation process will help the state in its request for federal assistance.

“They are here to help us, and we welcome their continued assistance,” Pulaski County Government said on Facebook.
