Get paid $50 an hour to sleep with this dream job

(WPHL) — Do you love sleeping, and how does it sound to be paid to sleep?

As part of a new campaign from the sleep app, Sleepagotchi, one lucky person will get the job title of professional sleeper.

The job will pay $50 an hour and includes a cosy welcome kit that includes a sleep mask, a comfy pillow, and some cute Sleepagotchi merch to lounge in while on the job.

The professional sleeper will be asked to play the Sleepagotchi game and test how different lifestyle habits affect sleep quality.

Job requirements:

1. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
2. Sleep 40 hours over the course of a week.
3. Adjust habits such as drinking coffee late or falling asleep mid-scroll
4. Log your habits and results via the Sleepagotchi app
5. Share your experience with us (and maybe the world) and help the Sleepagotchi team make rest cool again by sharing your progress on social media (optional)

“This isn’t just a paid nap. It’s the most laid-back experiment ever. Can you sleep better after gaming? Does chamomile tea trump late-night TikTok binges? You tell us. All while getting paid for the pleasure,” said a press release from Sleepagotchi.
