It was reported that the department received multiple 911 calls regarding a shooting that had occurred at the McDonald’s at 110 N. 12th Ave., in Hanford.
As a result of the shooting, detectives say a 37-year-old man self-transported to the hospital, suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the foot.
Investigators report the suspect had already fled the area when they arrived. They located multiple spent shell casings on the ground and observed two bullet holes on the exterior wall of the McDonald’s.
The restaurant was occupied by several other people at the time, but no other injuries were reported.
Anyone with information regarding this incident is encouraged to contact the Hanford Police Department at 559-585-2540 and ask to speak with Investigator Wyand.
