The Daly City Police Department arrested Damien Marcus Beltran in February 2023. The arrest occurred after Beltran’s girlfriend discovered numerous videos of her having sexual intercourse, oral copulation, sodomy and penetration by a foreign object while she was unconscious, according to prosecutors. The victim locked his phone, kicked him out of her residence and contacted authorities.
Police investigation uncovered that Beltran committed the same crime with his previous girlfriend in San Francisco, according to the DA’s office.
Both victims have filed charges in San Mateo County.
Beltran was charged with felony rape of an incompetent person, incapable of giving consent and felony coropral injury to spouse/cohabitant/child’s parent. Beltran is currently in jail, and his bail was set at $1,800,000.
Beltrain is set to be in court Monday. His defense attorney is Brandon Douglass.
